Free Delivery On All Orders Over £100 (UK Mainland Only)*


*Offer excludes soils, heavy/bulky items and items that exceed 1.4m in length / combined girth (see Heavy Item Surcharges for details).



Billing & Shipping Address


We are unable to ship an item if your billing and shipping address do not match if paying via PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards.


We can only offer to deliver to an alternative shipping address if paying via Bank Transfer, this can be arranged by calling us on: 07849 049142 or E-mailing over a picture of your basket to:


Shipping to Europe


We are happy to ship items outside of the UK, items excluded from shipping overseas include any item that contains glass such as lamps and certain air cooled reflectors.


Heavy Item Surcharges


Heavy items, such as bags of soil and larger/ longer items will incur an additional heavy surcharge.


Multi Item Orders and Pallet Delivery


For multi item orders and larger items, such as grow tents, large grow systems and bags of soil, that exceed the size and/or weight of our courier, an alternative method may have to be used, such as shipping your order on a pallet. Unfortunately an additional charge may be incurred. Delivery Delays


Unfortunately delivery delays do occur, our next day delivery courier provides updates on the progress of your delivery online. If you include a mobile number in your delivery details you will receive updates on your parcel (including a delivery time slot) via text.


In the unlikely event that there's a problem with your order due to an item being out of stock, or a replacement is needed, we will contact you via phone or E-mail.


Plain Packaging


All large items are dispatched in plain packaging using black wrap secured using tape.
