Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods have a specific returns policy:
We are unable to accept any returns or give an exchange on any liquids including nutrients and supplements.
We are unable to accept any returns on used Lamps/Bulbs unless the item has a fault.
* Electrical Goods
All electrical goods such as full fixtures, ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty. Faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, in most cases the item will be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Root2Success cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused through improper use or neglect.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please take into account that depending on your payment method and bank, refunds can take a few days to process. If this time frame has passed and you are still without a refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are excluded from our returns policy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please include a copy of your order details and a brief description of your reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item(s) are damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be held accountable for any missing returned goods.
Should the returned items be damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, a fee will be taken out of your refund amount depending on the severity of the damage.
