How Systemair RVKs Work:
Systemair RVK duct fans are high-quality intake/outlet fans for extracting old, stale air from your grow-space or for supplying it with fresh air. The fans are housed in a lightweight yet robust fibreglass and plastic casing with external ports for easy connection to ducting, filters, airsocks or other accessories. The fan can be powered directly from the mains or via a fan-speed controller (not included) to regulate the fan-speed and air-flow. Systemair RVK fans are very well-made and reasonably quiet during use. A bracket is included for ease of mounting.

Using Systemair RVKs:
Systemair RVK fans can be used to draw air out of your grow-space via a carbon filter or just ducting. The fan can be mounted in the required location using the bracket provided. Many users prefer to use bungees to hang the fan from, which usefully reduce noise and vibration. The fan should be mounted so that the required air-flow direction matches the arrow mark on the casing. On the output side of the fan, slide your ducting over the outlet sleeve and secure it in place with a Duct Clip (not included). Repeat for the inlet side or a fast-clamp can be used to connect the fan directly on to a carbon filter. If a carbon filter is to be fitted it is important that the filter is rated at a similar air-flow as the fan. An electrical feed to the fan is required which can be directly from the mains or via a fan-speed controller.
